The system maintains a secure registry of every rescue pack by serial number and manufacturing date. Technicians perform digital **Visual Inspections** and **Leak Tests** via the app. The system enforces strict "Pass/Fail" logic—if a unit fails, mandatory fault codes and photo evidence must be captured.

Automated Repair Logistics (Waybills)

When units fail inspection, the logistical nightmare ends. The system automatically groups faulty serial numbers and generates digital **Waybills** for transport to third-party repair centers. This ensures no unit is ever lost in transit between the mine and the repairer.

Invoice Reconciliation & Financial Integration

The system streamlines the financial side of repairs. You can import repair invoices (e.g., Excel format) from repair centers. The system links these costs back to the original Waybills and allows you to apply markups before generating the final invoice for the mining client.
